The Middle School years are a critical period of transition in any child’s development because a plethora of physical, emotional and social changes occur.

At AAG, we believe it is essential that middle school education concerns itself with the development of the whole child rather than just the child’s intellectual abilities. Additionally, research has shown that when it comes to individual learning styles, our brains are differentiated along gender lines.

Middle School Classroom at AAGAcademics

We have a new elective called personalization. AAG offers a rigorous, student-centered, activity-oriented American curriculum that allows your daughters to explore and achieve their full academic potential. It is outcome-based and devoted to excellence in classroom instruction, student motivation, and creative thinking.

At the AAG Middle School have created a nurturing, single-gender setting that best accommodates the specific developmental needs of adolescent girls.

English, Math, Social Studies, and Science form the CORE subject areas. The CORE subject teachers, ‘the team’, monitor students’ academic progress and development. This team of teachers works together to plan interdisciplinary units as well as team building activities. Our girls are also afforded the opportunity to study Arabic, French, Information and Communication Technology, Art, Music, Physical Education and Islamic Studies.

The academic program caters to the intellectual, artistic, physical, emotional and social needs of your daughters to develop life-long skills in a unique, all-girls’ educational setting.

Our curriculum is outcome-based and devoted to excellence in classroom instruction, student motivation, and creative thinking.
