Barbalee Blair
Barbalee Blair comes to us from the US. She was raised in Ohio, and served as a teacher and administrator in New Mexico and Oklahoma. She has taught both elementary and secondary classes, and served as technology coordinator, principal, and superintendent in schools in both states. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico and her Masters in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University in Utah. She is a proud mom of three adult sons, one of whom currently lives in England, and a brand new grandson in Virginia.
